Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) product strategy, product vision, and roadmap. The ideal candidate must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive ADAS and AV products forward with minimal guidance. This individual must be able to think strategically and have the ability to work independently with all levels of leadership while exercising sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. This individual will be proficient at influencing cross-functionally and deliver strong results. This individual must have the ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape and build best-in-class scalable ADAS and AV products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
– Experience as a product manager or owner
– 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Develop product strategy aligning with roadmap including defining market opportunity, competitive landscape, and product KPI’s
– 25% travel expectation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Master’s degree or equivalent
– Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Vehicles (AVs)
•- Familiarity with NHTSA FMVSS
– Familiarity with FMCSRs
– Experience with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 or similar industry standards
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across executives.
– Passion for building products at scale with a focus on customer experience.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and deliver strong results.
– Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business and the competitive landscape.
– Ability to work in ambiguous environments and overcome challenges with a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
