The Brand Products & Solutions org is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own one of Amazon’s most unique ad product, On-Package Advertising. You will define the product vision and strategy. You will own and drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation to large scale deployment. Working backwards from advertiser needs and Amazon operational capabilities, you will identify opportunities for new products, product suite expansion, new features and process improvements. Your will define metrics, goals and mechanisms to drive long-term success. You will be the GM for your product, overseeing dedicated program managers, and partnering with stakeholders across Ads Marketing, Sales, or Legal, as well as in other orgs (Operations, Cross-Channel Marketing…) to enable your product vision. You thrive working independently and are a natural leader who earns trust from stakeholders. You exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. You are customer obsessed and drive long-term growth.
About the team
This role oversees two Program Managers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
