We are seeking a skilled product leader to join our Cross-Channel Marketing Platform team to help develop and manage large-scale services creating engagement with millions of users. Our team works on enabling our customer relationship and lifecycle marketing via the development of the tools, infrastructure, and data integrations required to manage high-scale, personalized customer interactions with Amazon’s leading digital audio products on web, mobile, and other platforms. This includes merchandising, e-mail, in-app, and push channels as well as building cross-channel capabilities to automate customer communications with the right message at the right time in the right channel.
As a Sr. Product Manager – Tech at Amazon Music Cross Channel Marketing Personalization team you will own large product and marketing-tech launches. As a member of the team’s leadership you will lead and contribute to org planning and periodic review narratives.
This role is based in San Francisco. However, we are open to candidates in (or willing to relocate to) Seattle, New York, and Atlanta.

Key job responsibilities
- Write and deliver business requirement documents and artifacts required to enable the team’s development of products, features and infrastructure
- Maintain and continuously prioritize backlog and roadmap based on data and customers’ needs
- Write narratives to advocate for and justify product launches / changes
- Plan and define the long term vision of your product areas of ownership
- Build and improve a working relationship with your partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to and develop the team’s processes/mechanisms
- Regularly participate in stand-ups, design reviews and other meetings with engineers, and contribute to the discussion to ensure a high quality bar
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience working with or influencing Marketing technologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- MBA or a master’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
