The Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) team is looking for an energetic, focused and skilled Sr. Product Manager – Tech to lead Financial Automation initiatives (for Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables processes) for one of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon.
Global Mile team is revolutionizing e-commerce by creating the world’s most efficient global logistics solutions, making selection from anywhere available to customers everywhere, at lowest prices and fastest delivery speeds. We focus on breaking down barriers to allow selling partners to sell their items to hundreds of millions of customers around the world. Our team develops software that removes friction from the process of global fulfillment and cross border selling. We deliver solutions pivotal to business expansion by enabling selling partners to provide better offers in existing marketplaces and to introduce their products to new customers around the world. We need your help to grow the GM business by building highly-available, scalable, distributed systems providing a delightful experience to global customers and selling partners.
Key job responsibilities
Prior knowledge of Financial/Payment technologies will be valuable. The FA PM-T will work with partner teams such as TFS, XBTMS, Supply, Procurement and stakeholders in Global Mile Finance, MEC teams and Accounting teams to propose, drive and get alignment on the Financial Automation Roadmap for multiple GM programs. The FA PM-T will engage with the Controllership, finance and accounting stakeholders at regular cadence, review incoming intake requests and raise intake requests to all dependent teams and prioritize programs working closely with the product and tech teams.

– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
