We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will work with a cross-functional team of software, controls, and hardware engineers to continuously define and manage the requirements and scope of our work cells software and services. This includes day-to-day management of deliverables, dependencies and schedule, as well as driving complex projects through their incremental phases. You will collaborate with the MPS leadership team at all levels to establish processes that track our goals, objectives, milestones, progress and risks, and drive organizational alignment on trade-offs and priorities. You will own coordination across multiple teams and organization to facilitate products and services launches, as well as iterative feature/enhancement delivery.
The successful candidate will have broad experience and exposure across multiple stake-holders and deep skills in complex software and service integration in automated solutions, which include a high degree of ambiguity. They will work successfully across multiple large engineering teams at a strategic level and drive process design integration and validation, to maximize asset utilization and performance across all MSP automation work cell in the development and in the field. This candidate requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, collaboration, analytical and abstract thinking, time management and organizational skills.
Key job responsibilities
• Support the ongoing software integration program to systematically drive progress and complete critical program milestones across multiple teams.
• Leverage the work cell metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to improve the product usability and its operational efficiency in the field.
• Drive software and service issue resolution & mitigation at a granular level across the MSP work cells development.
• Support and organize the delivery of critical and complex work streams across the MSP automation’s software and services.
• Actively participate and influence the various technical design and software enhancement discussions across the organization.
About the team
Mechatronics and Packaging, across industrial software/controls/hardware machines such as packing technologies. We drive strategic partnerships with internal key stakeholders to ensure we deliver robust products that effectively integrate into the Amazon Fulfillment network. The Software and Control organization is responsible for all aspects of the software, control, and services needed to securely and safely deliver highly available packaging work cell operations used to fulfill our customers orders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
