Amazon’s Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

A successful candidate has the ability to deliver emergent product solutions across complex worldwide engagements, an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives in ambiguity.
You have a track record of managing large cross-functional products and are comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will deliver results with ambitious timelines, diverse stakeholders, in an evolving industry that will require grit and grace to delight our customers.
Tasks include:
• Defining and implementing the product vision for lead to order systems that enable customers to purchase Kuiper service offerings.
• Partnering closely with engineering to deliver requirements roadmap and critical path feature prioritization that delivers general availability MLP experience
• Managing partner team dependencies internal and external to Kuiper
• Working with Finance, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, and other partner teams to ensure systems readiness
• Developing and executing feature testing and release plans in advance of country expansion
• Working backwards from the customer to develop post-launch feature enhancements
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
– 5+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– 5+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– 5+ years of experience managing technical products or online services
– 5+ years of experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
– Master’s degree
– 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
