The Wireless category has unique CX and operational complexities that create exciting opportunities to innovate on behalf of both customers and selling partners. Amazon is committed to creating a cutting-edge shopping experience for customers shopping for Wireless products in our store.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own key initiatives and drive them end-to-end with category and partner teams. You will define strategy by working backward from customer pain points, set a bold vision, and craft product roadmaps and detailed requirements with the long-term vision in mind. This person will be responsible for building upon existing programs such as trade-in, device financing, phone case compatibility, accessories attach CX, and carrier CX initiatives, then using qualitative and data-driven insights to design new programs and processes. You will interface with tech teams across Amazon to size, advocate for, and influence feature roadmaps. Ultimately, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience and unlocking selection to accelerate the flywheel for the Wireless category.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in retail/e-commerce, as well as experience in building and managing programs and services. The candidate must be able to work in an ambiguous but collegial environment where teamwork is a priority to deliver results. The right candidate will be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and demonstrate a willingness to learn and react quickly. You are customer-obsessed, and adept at using both data and anecdotal evidence to drive innovation. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across Amazon, including teams across product, legal, finance, and business. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and passionate about improving both the selling partner and customer shopping experience for Wireless selection in the Amazon store.
