Key job responsibilities
• You will be a senior product marketing manager responsible for defining our positioning and messaging to customers who are considering cloud and AI technologies like generative AI for their contact centers and customer facing operations.
• You will create compelling buyer journeys and content to help customers understand the use cases and value proposition, and build the right programs to increase customer engagement and service adoption.
• You will help define the strategy for how we reach our customers as they consider and adopt Amazon Connect. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and other marketers across the organization to execute and measure the performance of campaigns and programs.
• You will work with AWS customers to understand how they are deploying Amazon Connect to transform their practices and customer experience.

A day in the life
• Driving compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Amazon Connect
• Develop and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities and campaigns that drive awareness and adoption with target audiences
• Partner with sales and other marketing teams to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives and achieve business and marketing goals
• Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages, content, and tools (e.g., presentations, ebooks, blogs, webinars, stories, videos, etc.)
• Identify and develop customer references, including deep dives on cloud and AI use cases, qualitative proof points, and more
• Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience communicating results to stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
