Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Level 6), Amazon Clinic

Amazon Clinic is hiring a Sr Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to establish, coordinate, and execute the Marketing Strategy for our newly launched Health business. This PMM will be a key strategic partner in driving business growth by influencing product-market fit through both acquisition of new customers and informing product feature roadmaps to reach new customers. Amazon’s growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. We are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed, and analytical Sr. Product Marketing Manager to establish and execute the overall product marketing strategy. The role blends aspects of B2C marketing and product management and entails a deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and passion for creating world class customer experiences.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Clinic you will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) executing compelling campaigns that reach eligible and interested customer segments, (2) crafting plans for launching targeted promotional and performance marketing campaigns, (3) partnering with channel managers to execute and optimize marketing strategies in line with your vision (4) developing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase customer engagement and improve monetization (5) setting the direction for brand and product initiatives that support customer acquisition. You will have an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Amazon teams. Key job responsibilities
• Creating and executing a merchandising campaign calendar including new content launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns.
• Developing a deep understanding of the drivers of conversion behavior, customer signup and ongoing engagement and translate those insights into innovative campaigns and promotions.
• Using quantitative and qualitative data to optimize campaigns, messaging and CX and applying insights to the ongoing traffic and promotional strategy.
• Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap.
• Partnering with our marketing and BD teams to craft and execute promotional events and bespoke content launches.
• Identifying opportunities for content scheduling and process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally to implement them.
• Work with research team to develop consumer insights that inform marketing plans, as well as test the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Work across Amazon Health Businesses and with complementary Amazon Businesses to develop collaborative marketing campaigns and customer ingresses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years Paid Search / SEO marketing experience
  • 2+ years B2C / retail marketing
  • 2+ years of Product Marketing Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
