We’re looking for an experienced integrated marketer and self-motivated individual, with experience developing and driving acquisition marketing strategies. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager of new Seller recruitment, you’ll be a driving force behind uncovering Seller insights, barrier, and drivers by cohort to inform your strategy for driving new Seller registrations and early adoption and engagement of key products and services within the Seller’s first 90 days. This role requires an individual who can identify areas for growth and exploration, see the big picture, define and drive ambitious plans, and build marketing strategies that scale. This role provides an opportunity to develop ideas, lead high-impact projects, and accelerate Seller success. Key job responsibilities
• Synthesize customer research and insights, business metrics, and key value propositions to drive best in class recruitment and onboarding experience, improving the conversion of new Sellers through the onboarding lifecycle
• Partner with a cross-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Designers, Account Managers, peer marketing teams, as well as Public Relations and Legal to ensure alignment of marketing strategy, timely management of blocking issues, and support across team to meet timelines and launch deliverables
• Own growth KPIs; develop metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness, including partnering with technical teams to implement performance measurement, attribution and channel optimization as inputs to business goals
• Research customer benefits, barriers, and drivers, using them to define our product value proposition and create a messaging framework that amplifies customer benefits and overcomes key barriers
• Establish structured testing approach to rapidly build learnings and inform optimizations and future product launches
• Bring a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to stakeholders
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
– Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
– Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
