The Amazon Canada 3P team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to help shape the future of our third-party marketplace.
The Sr. Program Manager delivers complex projects from initiation through delivery. As the Program Manager, you will collaborate with technical and business team members to create products/features or processes. You are the primary escalation point for project team members. You understand the program’s customers and advocate on their behalf, communicating business objectives to team and stakeholders to deliver the best product/feature or system/process with most efficient use of resources and technologies.
You will also support critical relationships with sellers and manage the entire portfolio of third-party merchant accounts, drive revenue growth and traffic, and conduct regular business analysis and reporting. The Sr. Program Manager role offers an unique opportunity to own high visibility projects across a variety of internal and external teams as well as own a sizable portion of multiple, fast-growing P&Ls.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
