The Amazon Grocery Logistics Delivery Team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager in the Delivery Execution Team to manage strategic, cross-functional projects within Amazon’s Grocery business with a focus on Delivery Quality. In this role, they will work across Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance Teams to lead new, high impact projects, as well as drive improvements to existing processes in a complex space. The role requires innovative thinking, deep dive abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a highly visible role with direct, ongoing impact to our customers’ experience. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in delivering results in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.

– Invent & Simplify processes to drive decision making in highly ambiguous situations
– Lead reviews with leadership to communicate progress of the program

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
