Sr. Program Manager, Brand Engagement , Amazon Access

The Amazon Access (AA) team vision is to evolve the perception of the Amazon store from the Everything Store to the “Everyone Store,” establishing Amazon as a leader in convenience equity for underserved communities, enabling equal access to Amazon’s online shopping, affordable and vast selection, and convenience of home delivery. We seek to remove addressable barriers that make it challenging for underserved customers to engage with Amazon through our missions to: 1) enable access to groceries and essentials through acceptance of the customer’s entire Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) wallet; 2) improve health equity by accepting healthcare over-the-counter (OTC) benefits and nutrition incentives; and 3) increase financial flexibility.

Amazon Access is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join its Community Experience & Customer Marketing (CXCM) team to drive brand engagement with Amazon Access customers and brand vendors, through vendor-funded programming. This role will drive cross-functional projects for business development, advertising, merchandising, and brand analytics within CXCM and the Consumables organization to help brands and partners reach underserved customers more effectively. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple functions and teams across Advertising and Retail to influence innovation on existing capabilities, tools, and experiences to reach the right customer with the right offer and content at the right time. The role is a challenging, and rewarding opportunity to improve the experience for both Amazon Access customers and brands trying to reach them on Amazon. This role will focus on growing the US business, and will share learnings with global partners as needed.

Successful candidates will have a record of successful relationship management, the ability to influence others, work well cross functionally, and have backbone. They will have strong communication skills, the ability to dive deep, and have a strong bias for action.
