The Core Selling Partner Experience team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) to develop best practices and drive adoption for A/B testing. Specifically, this role will be responsible for programmatic infrastructure (communications, processes, playbooks) critical to ensuring builder teams world-wide are aware of and leverage A/B testing tools, implementing mechanisms to drive adoption, identify and improve A/B testing tools and processes.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; and has a drive to own, build, and grow; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
– PMP
– Experience in conducting and improving A/B tests

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
