We are seeking an Insurance Program Manager to develop and scale insurance programs to our DSPs in North America. The Sr Program Manager will be the single threaded leader, responsible for launching and managing comprehensive insurance solution, collaborating with the product team to define the product vision, build the roadmap and resourcing needed to deliver world-class programs. You will work closely with business teams, product teams and leaders, and engineering teams in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. The scope of this role is to drive adoption, compliance and customer satisfaction for all insurance programs in North America.
This position can work from our Amazon offices in Seattle, WA, or Nashville, TN.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
