The Global Customer Fulfillment Amazon Customer Excellence System (GCF ACES) Associate Experience team is seeking a Program Manager to drive network wide projects and innovate new processes to reshape and drive improvements in Associate and Area Manager Experience. You will have significant strategic impact and influence the direction of the company in the Associate and Area Manager experience space, to support the rapid growth and scale of Amazon’s global fulfillment operation. This position combines passion for the fulfillment center experience with strategic thinking, hands-on planning, and the ability to define clear solutions.
In the Program Manager (PM) role, you will drive change and lead transformative innovation with respect to Performance Management, Compliance, Onboarding, Recognition, and/or other areas impacting the Associate and Area Manager experience while having the autonomy to make rapid data-driven decisions and invent on behalf of Fulfillment Center (FC) Operators and Associates delivering on Amazon’s mission to be Earths Best Employer. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with members from various teams, including Operations, Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT), PXT, Legal, Finance, external partners, etc. to create and deploy solutions at scale. Location can be flexible.

• Develop and drive complex and milestone driven projects
• Identify key stakeholders across the organization, build relationships and Earn Trust of partner teams
• Collaborate and influence team members and cross functional teams
• Lead high profile meetings to align on project requirements Partner with key stakeholders to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year
• Present projects to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Compile, manage, and report on weekly project metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 5+ years of team management experience
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
