The Low ASP Economics and Experiences (LeeP) team’s vision is for Amazon to be the preferred place where customers shop Everyday Essentials (EE) products.
LeeP is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to help onboard new EE products.
In this role, the Sr. Program Manager works closely with Category Leaders, Business Operations Specialists, Selection Managers, and Vendor Managers to design strategies and mechanisms to understand and manage selection challenges across Low ASP categories. The Sr. Program Manager will work closely with Economists, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to enable this selection for our customers. They will also track and communicate the status of associated financial goals.
The Sr. Program Manager is a business owner who understands key levers to drive business growth and deep-dive projects through completion. This individual embodies ownership and has a track record of driving projects to completion.
Key job responsibilities
* 6+ years of program or project management
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
* Results-oriented-ability to motivate, influence, and manage internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in Retail or FBA organizations
* Excellent project management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leadership
* Experience contributing to technology decisions and strategy related to a product

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
