Sr. Program Manager, Premier Advertiser Experience, Advertising Trust

Do you thrive at the intersection between data, customer obsession and influence? If yes, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sr. Program Manager. We need a leader to come in and build a program around improving the experience for our global top tier advertisers. This is a totally net new program that needs to be built from the data that we have today. You will be a part of the Advertising Trust (AT) organization that is at the center of Amazon Ads, one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. Every ad that flows through our Amazon systems, or is presented on one of our owned and operated sites, needs to adhere to the policies that AT creates. The role requires self-direction, tenacity and innovation. The role will present regularly to senior leadership, providing opportunities to gain their unique insight, and advocate for cross-organization investments for optimal experiences. This is a fast paced, high-energy role that will provide an opportunity to make a direct difference in the lives of our top Advertisers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
