The Sr. Project and Initiatives Coordinator is a vital role within the Sales Operations team, responsible for maintaining an organized record of all projects, initiatives, and ongoing activities within the sales organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Role
- Serve as the central point of contact for all project and initiative-related activities within the sales organization.
- Create and manage a comprehensive project repository that includes project plans, timelines, status updates, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams to gather project updates, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Utilize project management software to track, monitor, and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and potential bottlenecks are identified.
- Regularly communicate project statuses, key insights, and potential risks to the Sales Operations Manager/Director and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates, identify challenges, and foster collaboration among team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and sales pipeline activity.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports by providing relevant data and information.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the sales organization.
- Collaborate with the training and onboarding teams to ensure new team members are familiar with the project management tools and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to project management and sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• CA / San Francisco Bay Area – $80,000 – 100,000 / year

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
