We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support Business Operations projects in Lucid’s Sales and Service organization. You will manage complex projects, create detailed project road maps, and drive cross-functional alignment. Our ideal candidate has worked with global teams on fast-paced projects and possesses impeccable communication skills. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in the US at our Newark, CA Headquarters.

The role:

    • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive, track, and execute critical projects for the Sales and Service organization
    • Manage project deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
    • Maintain detailed project trackers and critical work streams
    • Ensure project data and documentation is accurate, complete, timely, coordinated, and effectively communicated to stakeholders
    • Coordinate daily updates on cross-functional business initiatives, reporting on achievement of targets and identifying risks
    • Support stakeholders and project teams with key updates for senior leaders, including preparation of presentations for executives
    • Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with Automotive Business Operations preferred
    • Strong communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels
    • Independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player with the ability to execute at a high level in fast-paced environments
    • Passion and experience to continuously develop, improve, and maintain high standards
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency with project planning tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, and Confluence
    • Excited about the future of automotive luxury and sustainable mobility
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California San Francisco Bay Area – $108,000-154,000 per year

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
