We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Sr. Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based in San Diego, CA, reporting directly to the Senior Program Director and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide preconstruction and design-assist efforts, and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements.
As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team.

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Healthcare construction experience required, preferably in California with HCAI knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
• Manage multiple or large, complex healthcare projects.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating).
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years, including supervisory skills).

Typical salary range for this position is $140,900- $220,200 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
