What You’ll Do
In our Client Service area, this role develops deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, trustees, and third-party administrators that are in our 100M – 500M market space. This role is the strategic partner to our clients to provide creative solutions that meet business goals of retention, growth, and retirement readiness to name a few.
Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the plan sponsor and the consultant on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, services and new opportunities.
- Plan level health reviews.
- Planning with C-Suite executives on multiple plan types.
- Problem solving sophisticated issues.
- Leading large and complex client projects..

Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in both DB and DC products
- You have relationship management experience
- You are an experienced negotiator, persuasive, and have strong presentation skills
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Sales related experience in financial services
- MA, MS or MBA degree
- Experience building client relationships at all levels but especially at the key decision maker (KDM) level; while building and executing on a strategy
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$123000 – $167000 / year

Locations
This role services clients in the West coast. Preference for candidates living in PST or MST time zones.
