Description:
Scrum Masters as TA Digital work with a mix of client and delivery teams located both onshore / offshore in helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework while planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance. Scrum Masters are our go-to person in applying scrum to produce high quality work while managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
Ultimately, they help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of related experience
- Experience with SAFE and Cloud development
- Certified Scrum Master with additional Agile Certification desired
- 5+ years of IT / Business Analyst / Project Manager experience
- 3+ years of Scrum Master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA function and product development
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills

Compensation:
The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $110K – $120K plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
