Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Applications, this position will be responsible for leading a complex portfolio of projects across multiple business domains and leveraging diverse technologies. The Sr. Delivery Manager will have a passion for delivery of projects, a demonstrated history of being able to get things done in challenging environments, and capable of working with people across the organization, including our senior executives. The Sr. Delivery Manager will lead a team of both internal and external delivery professionals supporting Project Delivery.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Delivery of key Application Projects that support driving Nutrien’s business aspirations forward across multiple domains
  • Develop Hypothesis, Business Cases and Documentation to support the approval and initiation of projects within the project portfolio
  • Ensure projects meet objectives and are effectively transitioned to operations, including hyper-care leadership
  • Lead delivery of key strategic projects to support Nutrien’s Technology Landscape. Projects will cross a spectrum of technologies such as S4, Data, AI/Machine Learning, SaaS solutions
  • Lead and Mentor team of both internal and external Delivery Specialists, driving a high performing delivery organization
  • Advise leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps
  • This role will include travel as per project needs (primarily in North America)

What you will bring:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school (Ideally in Computer Science, Business, engineering or another related field)
  • High energy, outcome and results driven while able to manage tight deadlines, competing priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • 5-10 years of experience in progressively responsible roles delivering projects & solutions in a large-scale, heterogeneous IT environment
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
  • Track record of successful project delivery, including contemporary and advanced technologies. Experience with SAP related technologies is a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with a positive attitude and proven ability to establish strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from senior leaders

Compensation & Benefits:

$134,160 – $184,470 USD. This range is estimated for a Sr. Service Delivery Manager, Enterprise Applications, in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
