Sr Service Partner – Online Services

Overview

Responsible for partnering closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events in conjunction with the Agile process. They will recruit and lead Service testers through User Acceptance Testing, and in doing so confirm the new system features and enhancements developed by IT are working as expected and offer the best possible end-user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the release of new features and enhancements when implemented to the production application
  • Lead front-line employees through a series of test scenarios to confirm the production application is working as expected for both internal and external end-users
  • Partner with Enterprise Support should any production issues be identified, and provide the detail necessary to support impact and resolution
  • Work closely with senior level product and IT partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Leadership experience-preferred

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $23.47 – $37.85 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
