We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Service team in Seattle, Washington. The Sr. Service Project Manager will be a part of our Servicemark Construction team and will manage a variety tenant service projects under $500k with up to thirty projects simultaneously.

The Sr. Servicemark Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the sr. project manager directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, managing a team, bidding, sales ops, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, client facing, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety, Quality and Performance standards.

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related to an Engineering field.
    • 10 years or more of experience in project management. ‘Service’ project management is a plus
    • Experience with project manager software (Sage, Service Management, Bluebeam, etc.).
    • Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.

$135,000 – $150,000 a year

The starting base pay for this position has a salary range of $135,000.00 to $150,000.00.* The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for health, disability, life, dental, vision along with retirement and profit sharing plans. *Please note that the full base pay range for incumbent employees in this position can be expected to fall between $135,000 and $150,000. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay overtime based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
