Senior Developer .Net/Angular
Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications with .Net and Angular. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: Hartford, CT (3 times a week)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for participating in all phases of the development.
- Develop & own end to end defect free code as per requirement meeting all standards defined.
- Ensure all deliverables are without valid errors/warnings.
- Collaborates with product owner, engineers and graphic designers, analyzes and estimates requirements.
- Analyzes and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems.
- Ensure any deliverable to customer code, documents, emails are thoroughly reviewed internally for accuracy, hygiene etc.
- Own up the piece of code we deliver during go lives and support go lives.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Estimation, stand ups, refinement, Retrospection, inspect & adapt and PI Planning) Be vocal and fully involved in all customer connects story (effort size, etc.) in the area of work concerned.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience is preferred.
- Hands on experience in .Net, .Net Core, ASP .Net, Angular 2+, Mongo DB.
- Experience or exposure to AWS.
- Experienced in TDD (Test Driven Development) is a plus.
- Have an engineering and consulting mind-set to help clients reach their transformation goals.
- Should have good analytical and articulation skills.
- Should be able to drive the deliverables to completion.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be self-driven and motivated.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $77,200 – $125,900 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
