Implement standard methodologies, resolve test issues, track and prioritize defects, record test results, participate in product readiness and release decisions. Ensure automation is constantly running, analyzing, and promptly reporting on failures. Participate in technical governance and help facilitate overall product quality standards with development and business teams. Foster our end-to-end testing approach across multiple applications. Research, investigate, and implement Agile testing practices, Test Driven Development, Test Automation and reporting Test Metrics. Amplify our philosophy to consistency communicate and report with a quality emphasis. Liaise with product teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to integrate project plans, testing schedules, and metrics reporting. Assist in driving Use Case and User Story reviews and help resolve requirements ambiguities. Partner with geographically distributed teams to plan our future QA tooling and technology decisions.

Salary: $108,202 – $160,800 per year.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.
- Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Programming Languages: Java/C#, Javascript; QA Automation Tools and Technologies: Selenium/WDIO, Cucumber, Postman/Swagger/JMeter, Page Object Model, XPATH, node.js, XML, JSON, JUNIT; CI/CD and Source Control: Bamboo/Jenkins, Bitbucket/SVN; QA practices (black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing); and Agile practice; Object oriented programming.
