Job Title : Sr. Staff Engineer, NAND Design Engineering
Location : Sacramento, CA or San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluations of variable factors.(Analog Design, Logic Design, Core Design, Layout Design, Data & Interface Design, Circuit Verification & Failure Analysis)
- Secure performance of analog circuit providing total solution with creating future competitiveness.
- Design core circuit and develop key technology achieving performance, distribution target corresponding to the technology inflection point.
- Design/analyze circuit for data in/out and retain high speed(2.4Gbps~4.8Gbps) data & interface IP.
- Develop Logic Circuit key technology in a timely manner and secure structural stability of micro program.
- Co-optimize Design/Process/Devices to complete physical DB that meets the goals of Power/Performance/Area goals and improves productivity.
- Establish Spec/ Line up and roadmaps of NAND technology to maintain the highest competitiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Benefits:
- The base salary range for this full-time position is : $130,000 ~ $150,000.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
