Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying hurdles, finding solutions, and performing execution to meet schedule, standards, quality, and cost (SORT, Back-end, Validation, Engineering Platforms)
- Activities to validate and characterize NAND components, and to ensure the testability and manufacturability of NAND components from feasibility stage through production ramp to meet schedules, standards, quality, and cost requirements.
- Identifies and analyzes problems, tasks plan, and solutions.
- Provide work guidance to engineers to meet schedule, quality, and cost.
- Hands-on experience in sorting, back-end, validation, Engineering platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of engineering work experience related to sort, back-end, validation, engineering platforms
Benefits
- The base salary range for this full-time position is: $137,000 ~ $168,000
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
