Job title: Sr Talent Management Specialist

Department/Division: Global COE Talent Management / Human Resources

Salary Range: $88,982 – $115,153

Location: Ada, MI

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of our collaboration days*

What Do We Need:

Our Global Center of Excellence (COE) Talent Management team is looking for a Sr. Talent Management Specialist who be an advocate for all employees by fostering an environment of continuous learning and development to their full potential.

What’s special about this job:

As a leader and expert on Talent Management, you will partner with senior US leaders and HR to identify learning opportunities and skill gaps within the organization. In partnership with US HR Leaders, HRBPs, business leaders and TM COE you will lead and operationalize strategic focus areas for our US talent development offer and collaborate with other members from the team to create impactful learning and development experiences for our people.

You will:

  • Collaborate on the design, planning and execution of different Talent Management programs and priorities.
  • Manage the US Top Talent process and create Development opportunities for this group to growth our leadership pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of US foundational leadership program to ensure smooth transitions for newly appointed leaders and/or existing leaders.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive employee and leadership development content, workshops, and initiatives that address identified needs and align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring that they are interactive, dynamic, and meet the learning objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom training, experiential learning, coaching, and on-demand, to deliver engaging and effective employee development experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external consultants to develop and deliver specialized employee learning content and resources.
  • Foster a coaching culture within the organization by providing individual and group coaching to leaders at all levels.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices on talent development approaches, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in training and development, and integrate innovative practices into training programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of operations or program management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of formal Learning and development experience
  • BA/BS Degree in Organizational Psychology/HR or equivalent experience

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret training data and metrics.
