Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the facilitation, implementation, and evaluation of blended learning curriculum, performance-based development programs, modules, and materials in multiple platforms including synchronous remote learning, blended classroom, interactive e-learning, videos, webinars, simulations, and resource materials to be used across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

This position is the internal learning and organizational development lead for the organization. As an internal lead and member of the Talent, Learning and Organizational Development team, this position is responsible for developing and delivering solutions to close these gaps.

This position:

  • Facilitates a blended learning curriculum, utilizing multiple learning modalities; align curriculums to career pathways for individual contributors and managers with emphasis in the areas of personal leadership, people management, leadership development, career development, change leadership, collaboration and customer service.
  • Analyzes performance needs and gap serving as a lead to the business leader on solutions to improve individual, team and organizational performance.
  • Researches and stays current to ensure training products and methods are in accordance with adult learning principles, industry best practices and trends
  • Provides training design and delivery support for internal coaching and mentoring programs, new hire training, performance management and talent and organizational development.
  • Facilitate experiential workshops and training programs.
  • Develops programs, tools and processes in support of the overall Talent, Learning and Organizational Development Strategy. Projects may include the evaluation and selection of external partners; the development of career initiatives; the building of a peer-coaching and mentoring networks and more.
  • Manages electronic learning management systems by granting access to learners and administrators, uploading and maintaining course materials, administering course registration, running reports and metrics, creating user documentations, and troubleshooting learner challenges.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field and 8 years of experience in talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, or executive coaching or consulting. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of experience in the above categories.
• Strong business acumen and experience in communicating complex concepts, anticipating potential objections and influencing others to adopt a different point of view.
• Comfortable facilitating in large groups and also coaching 1:1 as well as delivering feedback in a constructive manner
• Experience with developing and delivering leadership development programs and strategies including executive presentations.

Desired:
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Internal Coach Federation Coach Credential or similar coaching certification highly preferred.
