Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in semiconductor equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
- US Citizen/ Permanent Resident
- Background check (MRPT)
- Proven experience as an equipment technician in the back-end semiconductor industry, with a focus on setup, calibration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, process monitoring, and quality control
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
- Proficient in using calibration tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Strong documentation and reporting skills to maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well within a team and across departments
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes and enhance equipment performance
- Adherence to safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $49,840.00 salary per year
Maximum of $74,760.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
