The Alexa Shopping group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for our Conversation Management team. In this role, you will lead multiple projects for the conversation management platform in Alexa Shopping, coordinating with various teams across the organization. Our platform coordinates the customer interactions for all shopping-related conversations, enabling teams across the organization to deliver customized experiences while maintaining conversation quality with stringent latency and availability SLAs. As a leader in this space, you will work with stakeholders and partners across the org to innovate on behalf of our customers, while providing effective mechanisms to track execution which lead to successful launches of new functionality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
