Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who is able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to craft a vision and roadmap of data products for scaling our data-driven insights. In this role you will work with customers to understand their needs and challenges. You will lead the definition, and shepherd the development, standardization, and adoption of tools and processes that directly support measurement and data driven decision making across highly varied domains to maximize our positive impact on the community. This role blends aspects of technical program management, product management, data analytics, and entails an understanding of data products. You will be responsible for driving the data product roadmap and driving forward the implementation strategy on varying data stages of the community programs.

Successful candidates will thrive in and help lead fast-paced environments that leverage agile planning techniques, encourage and reward creativity and intelligent risk taking, and find innovative ways to leverage cutting edge technology. You’ll recognize when problems are not new and build and execute a vision and roadmap that builds on existing technologies that are fit for purpose, and invent new solutions to bridge gaps.
