We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join Amazon’s Candidate Experience and Technology team. Come join us on our journey to lead the recruiting industry and reinvent how we recruit at Amazon. As part of this team, you will own strategy, design and operation of programs and products that directly impact Amazon’s job seeker experience.
In this role, you will engage with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement innovative recruiting programs and products at scale. You will own long-term roadmaps that require making tradeoff decisions, escalation management, and balancing business needs with technical constraints. The right candidate has a proven track record of technical program management and delivering medium-to-large programs and projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires building consensus across multiple teams to deliver a singular vision on time. You work effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous space, and have experience organizing competing priorities. You have a strong understanding of technical design approaches and ability to look around corners to prevent or mitigate poor technology decisions. You can identify and break down technical complexity, and drive simplification across engineering and architectures. You are data-driven and can translate data and technical requirements to influential business communications (written and verbal) for senior leadership.
Key job responsibilities
