The Sr. Vehicle Program Manager will play an important role in overseeing and managing the development and launch and expansion vehicles within Lucid. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership / influence abilities to ensure the successful execution and expansion of the vehicle programs. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, adhering to timelines and delivering vehicles to employees.
The Role
- Focus on Program expansion (outside the US) and program operations for the US
- Focus on evergreen program for MCP and BoDCP
- Define program objectives, scope, and KPIs and provide reports and progress against such objectives.
- Be able to work with cross-functional teams, including fleet, sales, service, delivery, logistics, manufacturing, Customer Care, LFS / pricing, finance, HR, TA and Exec Leadership.
- Establish governance for EPP vehicle offers, prepare documentation for Deal Committee as needed.
- Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication among Vehicle program participants.
- Work closely with Remarketing for the return and subsequent sale of MCP Pilot vehicles (staggered through March/April 2023)
- Create and manage program timelines, setting clear milestones and deliverable dates.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and make necessary adjustments to keep the program on track.
- Generate regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and decisions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Automotive experience strongly preferred
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• San Francisco, CA (Bay Area) – $108,000 – $140,000 / year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
