Function & Purpose:
Are you a senior “jack of all trades” filmmaker that’s looking for a way to shape the future of credit building? Join our creative crew at StellarFi and play a crucial role in shaping our brand and marketing efforts with your audio-visual skills.
This is a contract-to-hire position. As our Sr. Videographer, you’ll work with content, marketing, and design teams to whip up engaging video content that showcases our brand and product. With your equipment and technical know-how, you’ll shoot, edit, and produce “stellar” videos that captivate our audience and boost engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Jump on board our crew and make waves in the world of credit building.
The Day-to-Day:
- Team up with content, marketing, and design crews to plan and execute video projects
- Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage
- Edit and piece together footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software
- Use motion graphics and animations to amp up storytelling and visual appeal
- Juggle multiple projects, making sure everything’s on-time and top-quality
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, always looking for ways to level up our content
- Take care of video equipment and resources, keeping everything neat and organized
- Travel to capture social media “on-the-street” interview video shorts
- Maintain a library of videos to share with stakeholders and partners
- Work with the producer to keep a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications:
- Must have a recent reel or portfolio – demonstrate ability to shoot high-quality footage using various camera equipment and lighting setups
- 8+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software
- Drone videography and FAA Part 107 certification
- Bachelor’s degree in film, television, or a related field, but equivalent work experience accepted
- Must have significant commercial/corporate experience

- Color grading and color correction Know-how in animation and modeling software
- Experience with live streaming and event production
- Photography skills
- Basic HTML & CSS for embedding videos and creating web content
$6,000 – $8,500 a month
This is a contract-to-hire role.
