Our Corporate Communications team has an opportunity for a Sr. Web Analytics Specialist located at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA or Remote in the U.S. The specialist will be working with the company’s multi-language (Sitecore) websites as well as providing support for our use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEO. As a valued member of the Corporate Communications team, you will partner with multiple business and functional teams’ companywide. This position requires the specialist to be meticulous, have strong multi-functional collaboration skills with the ability to develop and nurture relationships across cultures and time zones.
This position requires occasional international and domestic travel to support project execution needs.
What you will do:
- Design and implement strategic web analytics tracking requirements/guidelines, further enabling performance measurement of our Air Products websites by regions, product lines and other business segments.
- Design innovative reporting applying data visualization platforms.
- Support regional and product line marketing teams with discovering and supervising KPIs.
- Assist with creating strategic, analytical approaches to new website projects, optimizations, and ongoing upgrades, while ensuring business needs are met on time and within specifications.
- Partner with our Web Operations Lead and Air Products’ Digital Technology teams on website analytics and SEO development and maintenance activities.
- Act as the owner of our Google Technologies including Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Looker Studio, Search console and more.
- Support the Corporate Communications team by taking a share of ownership on items that emerge day-to-day and as part of other digital and global department initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, but would consider experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years supporting website analytics programs, with demonstrable experience working in a multinational organization.
- Extensive working experience with Google Technologies including Tag Manager, Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console and more.
- Knowledge of data visualization methods and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Sitecore web content management system.
- Experience with Sitecore platform upgrades.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization.
- Experience using tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.

The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $99,850-$134,200 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
