We’re looking for someone with proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills that is interested in a high-impact role as a Project Manager. Working closely with a seasoned Motivo Product Manager, you’ll have the ideal balance of autonomy and mentorship – the freedom to get stuff done with the support of someone that knows the ropes. You’ll be primarily focused on enabling our internal development teams in support of customer projects, though you’ll have some direct-client interaction as well. While we’re looking for folks with strong leadership skills, we’re not looking for a “boss” – this position is all about working as an integral member of a results-focused team.
Requirements
We’ve found that this role can be easier for folks with technical backgrounds – who have been part of tightly integrated multidisciplinary teams in either an employer or academic setting (we love SAE Mini Baja, Formula SAE and Solar Car involvement). If your background isn’t in tech, that’s not a show stopper; just demonstrate your ability to write, speak, plan, and lead – we’d still love to hear from you.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000
Annual Profit Sharing estimate: $14,000 – $20,000
