SUMMARY
Incumbents assist in the coordinating, planning, organizing and facilitating of spring training, events, sports tournaments and activities at the Surprise Stadium and Practice Fields, Mark Coronado Park, Youth Baseball Complex and the Surprise Tennis and Racquetball Complex. Incumbents also oversee staff, volunteer programs; and perform administrative duties such as compiling data, maintaining the budget, preparing reports soliciting bids, work with outside entities, partners, sponsors and providing quality customer service.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or a related field, and three years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.
