What you will do (day in the life):

In this role, you will facilitate and organize program and technical meetings in various locations, classification levels, and participants with key industry and government stakeholders.

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a motivated and talented Associate Staff Analyst to join the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Systems Engineering, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program.

Work Location: Huntsville, AL

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

We are seeking candidates with high-learning agility, problem solving abilities, creativity, and analytical thinking.

You will work in an Agile, dynamic environment to organize and track agendas, post information and data, record minutes, and track actions assisting the technical team in the execution of working groups, program reviews, and team reviews. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring information is safeguarded and compliant to data management requirements.

  • Deliver informational or technical materials.
  • Provide logistics and facilitate large meetings/events.
  • Work with industry and government teams to set up meetings and determine the agenda. (classified teleconferencing, industry and government conference rooms, and ensuring participants of a need to know)
  • Post meeting agendas and information to locations compliant to data management requirements.
  • Operate the computer with charts in the meeting.
  • Record minutes to include decisions and actions.
  • Track all data requests/needs with dates requested/delivered.
  • Assist with report out materials and maintain digital artifacts, standard operating procedures, etc..

Requirements

  • At least an intermediate competency level in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience facilitating and organizing meetings.
  • Experience organizing and tracking information.
  • Experience interacting with technical teams across multiple sites.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work independently .

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.)

This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.

Desired Experience:

  • Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or GMD program experience.
  • Agile development experience.
  • GitLab.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.

Required Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range:

$52,000 – $90,000
