Staff Product Manager – Ad Measurement, Display
On the Walmart Connect Product team, you will build industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart advertisers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager – Ad Measurement, Display to help build a best-in-class omni-channel measurement and reporting platform that delivers campaign measurement and informs media optimizations at scale. This role will lead the effort on building a platform that measures the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer engagement, brand recall, omni-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality.

What you will do:
- Drive product vision, strategy, and development of campaign insights for Display ads
- Lead product lifecycle from research, requirement definitions, metrics analyses, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts
- Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering, data science, design, and other product teams to deliver customer impact
- Partner with product marketing in conducting industry and competitive analyses to develop deep understand of emerging trends in advertising measurement that inform product roadmap
- Build collaborative relationships with sales and other business teams by aligning priorities to business goals, communicating impact and risks, managing, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and influencing executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing)
- 5+ years of product management experience at a technology company (experience in advertising strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and its underlying technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence
- Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and make difficult trade-off decisions
- Passion for learning and solving customer problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing)
- 7+ years of product management experience at an advertising technology company
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including direct response and brand advertising

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
