STORE PLANNING & OPERATIONS MANAGER – ROGER DUBUIS, NEW YORK

Reporting to the Brand President of the Americas, you will be responsible for activating the brand in all of our points of sale in accordance with the VM and budget guidelines and in close collaboration with the retail department and external partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Store Planning: manage in close collaboration with our HQ in Switzerland from budgeting to implementation all local store projects (internal/external boutiques, shop-in-shop or pop-up concepts),
    • Visual Merchandising: manage all VM activations and gift for all point of sales in the Americas from local procurement to installation
    • Events: Work closely with all teams, Retail, Wholesale, PR & Partnership on various activation events
    • Repair & Maintenance: Manage, monitor, and track repair & maintenance activities for all point of sales, incl safety management
    • Budget management: be the safeguard of the annual budget and make sure all activations are reflected and tracked in the annual plan, invoice and vendor management in SAP

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a degree in marketing, communication or related fields and 3+years’ experience in an operational marketing role
  • You have a true passion for operations and events and organizing and planning is your second nature
  • You easily make connections to other people and work easily cross functionally
  • You are a creative problem-solver anticipating challenges and developing solutions
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can make things happen
  • You are agile and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
  • Knowing luxury codes and especially luxury retail is definitely a plus
  • Fluent English oral and written skills, any other languages are a plus
  • You are open to travel nationally when required

Expected Salary Range: $90,000- $110,000

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
