Responsibilities
The Strategic Accounts Manager builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.

• Frequency and complexity of external business contacts- High. Meets with existing and
potential customers
• Physical (% time: travel, operating machinery, environmental etc.)- Varied
Minimum education
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales and Slots Management. Managerial/business
management, marketing or operational certification will be an asset
• Experience in Sales Management, customer and markets knowledge and trends in
gaming.
Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position or a position direct related to markets and gaming activities.
• Experience in the region of LAC and client portfolio for it Essential requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead and successfully drive results through multidisciplinary and

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000 – $101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
