Prospective Salary Range: $58,000 – $85,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of project managers to support on time and on budget project delivery that meets quality standards.
- Communicate proactively with team members to help keep projects on time and on track.
- Assist with research, stakeholder interviews, online survey creation, data analysis, and a variety of other public engagement activities.
- Coordinate, schedule, and help facilitate in-person and virtual community events, open houses, stakeholder/partner briefings, and community events.
- Work at home or in an office or a hybrid setting with the expectation of working from the office, attending out-of-office public or client meetings when needed.
Required Credentials

- 5-7 years of experience project support and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, environmental planning, community planning, marketing, political science, public policy, or other related field; or comparable professional experience in client service, communications, and community engagement.
- Ability to process information, anticipate and triage needs, and collaborate in a fast-paced consulting environment and cross-functional team setting.
- Ability to maintain schedules and coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proof-reading and quality control skills.
- Skilled written and verbal communicator for both internal and external audiences.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Experience with InDesign, video editing, website updating, and social media posting.
- Committed to modeling respectful and professional leadership in diverse, multi-cultural settings.
- Bonus: skilled in project management software tools.
- Bonus: experience in water and transportation infrastructure or other related technical background.
