Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking to bring in a player/coach to drive our growth ambitions. We are currently looking for a Manager II, Strategy & Planning to join our Strategy team at Walmart GoLocal.
You’ll be successful in this role if:
• You have a track record of developing and orchestrating go to market strategies in a b2b tech setting. You have a proven strategic, operational, and financial acumen in b2b setting.
• You have experience supporting negotiations with financial modeling, incentivization frameworks, and deal architecture.
• You are a problem solver, storyteller, that is accountable and has a data driven mindset.
• You have contributed to monthly and quarterly business reviews and strategy planning while collaborating with cross functional partners.
• You are equally comfortable with shaping unstructured early-stage disruptive businesses as well as optimizing mature businesses with targeted efficiency initiatives.
• You have the mindset to think outcomes first and then have been able to organize and orchestrate end-to-end actions with a horizontal mindset.
• You enjoy being in a rapidly evolving, highly competitive, and dynamic market environment.
You’ll make an impact by:
• Designing, preparing, and managing nested operating and planning cadences. Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end.
• Building out business cases and completed ad-hoc analysis to pitch new ideas
• Supporting our deal desk process with financial modeling and business portfolio management.
• Delivering high priority go to market strategy projects that provides a blueprint for end-to-end organizational actions with a direct line connection to target outcomes.
• Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying new business gaps/opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate potential future state incubation commercialization opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience a top tier strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy or strategy and operations setting, private equity, investment banking, and finance
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $139,000
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
