The Last Mile team is focused on building out a new Categories and Verticals, to the d elivery segment from the business directly to the end consumer. As a Strategy & Operations Manager on the On Demand team, you will own strategic projects from conception to execution to help grow the foundation and breadth of our business, while partnering with our product team and external stakeholders.
- The Last Mile team works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. You’ll Make An Impact By
- Helping to develop the 1- 3 year strategic plan s for the business, and defining out initiatives that the business should focus on
- Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end; these initiatives are focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth
- Working closely with our Product Management, Store and Field Operations, and Analytics teams to execute on the strategic initiatives/projects
- Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas
- Conducting Competitive Benchmarking and Analysis
- Thinking through experiments and pilots to test out new ideas and/or capabilities
- Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying business gaps/opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 – 6 years of experience in areas of strategy, business operations, or finance at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm
- Bachelor’s degree is required ; MBA strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading projects/initiatives and a team
- Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
- Resourceful self-starter who is able to drive projects autonomously
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
