The Business Intelligence Developer will support the Director with BI related projects and initiatives to develop and maintain BI data streams and reports to support skilled nursing facilities, which operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, this role will provide support with ad hoc data requests and be a liaison for business users and their data requirements, develop and document business processes, monitor and enhance current solutions optimizing visualization and related queries, and work hand in hand with end users to develop functional solutions. This position is eligible for a bonus of 10% of annual salary based on company metrics and finances.

Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and coordinate assigned workload.
- Cross train and coordinate initiatives with corporate departments, leadership, and facilities.
- Work with 3 rd party vendors in the design and building of the data warehouse.
- Create and maintain ETL and reporting processes for the enterprise data warehouse using cutting edge technology.
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence strategies and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Translate user requirements for reporting and analysis into dashboard and visualization deliverables.
- Work with business owners to implement business intelligence solutions.
- Support operation and expansion of reporting environment.
- Monitor performance and reliability of reporting processes and environment.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- As assigned, scope out projects aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives and then manage any assigned projects and/or tasks according to the project plan, keeping the projects on time and under budget.
- Occasional travel required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or similar field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power BI platform and Azure platform.
- Expert-level understanding of MS SQL Server (Setup/Administration).
- Demonstrated experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Strong presentation skills in various formats and situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with C-Suite executives and department and facility leadership.
- Analytical and root cause analysis skills to ensure consistent data integrity.
- 2 years of experience with ETL Tools, building work-flow processes.
- 2 years of experience with Columnar, MPP Analytical Cloud-based Databases.
- 2 years of experience in troubleshooting SQL server performance issues.
- Ability to timely meet deadlines with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to work performed individually or with teams.
- Ability to create and complete work with precise detail.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
