Our Talent Acquisition Team in East Aurora, NY is looking for a Student & Early Career Administrator to join them. You will report to the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for the Student and Early Career team and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora.
As a member of the Student and Early Career Team, you’ll provide comprehensive recruiting support for interns and co-ops. You’ll conduct initial resume reviews, schedule interviews at various U.S. sites, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Talent Acquisition Team and build strong working relationships with managers across the company.
To be considered for Student & Early Career Administrator, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 6 months recruiting and/or recruit coordinator experience; preferably targeting intern candidates from 4-year programs from accredited universities
As the Student & Early Career Administrator, you will:
• Demonstrate Moog’s culture and philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates
• Work closely with the college recruiters to conduct resume reviews based on job description requirements and manager preferences
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews
• Communicate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure candidate experience is positive, organized, and welcoming
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, both coming to East Aurora facility as well as going to other U.S. Moog locations
• Facilitate onboarding process, ensuring background check & toxicology test are completed and documented
• Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
• Support campus events, both virtual and onsite
• Prepare for, and attend, college career fairs, interact with students, and promote the Moog employer brand
• Coordinate all logistics for Student and Early Career Program, i.e. enrollment in career fair events, management of university career portals, materials for events, etc.
• Administrative responsibilities: processing student travel reimbursements, housing stipends, creating/extending offers, and managing applicants through Moog’s applicant tracking system to comply with Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) guidelines

Salary Range:
The base pay range for this opportunity is $40,830.40 – $69,160.00 per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
